Area15 Las Vegas Expands Dining Options with Nine New Eateries in 2026

Area15 Las Vegas is set to significantly expand its dining offerings in the second quarter of 2026, introducing nine new food and beverage venues to its already diverse lineup. This expansion will elevate the total number of dining concepts to over 20, rivaling the variety found in many casinos.

Among the anticipated additions is Alien Pizza Party, an outer-space-themed pizzeria from the creators of Bonanno’s New York Pizzeria, designed to complement Area15’s galactic ambiance. For those seeking a futuristic dining experience, The Bowl will feature high-tech robot chefs preparing meals right before guests' eyes.

Authentic Mexican street food enthusiasts can look forward to Chilangos Tacos, a Dallas-born taqueria celebrating Mexico City’s vibrant flavors. Adding a playful twist to traditional snacks, Cosmic Pretzel will offer pretzels shaped like UFOs and rocket ships.

Renowned chef David Chang is bringing his acclaimed Fuku to Area15, serving signature spicy fried chicken sandwiches and tenders. Additionally, Good Company Burgers, led by Chef Sam Marvin of Echo & Rig fame, will offer wagyu smash burgers, house-made fries, milkshakes, and beer.

Dessert lovers will be delighted by the Museum of Ice Cream, set to open its global flagship location at Area15. This expansive venue will feature an ice cream buffet, themed hotel suites, a dessert play space, the famous sprinkle pool, and more. Local favorite Nacho Daddy will also join the lineup, offering its signature piled-high nachos and craft margaritas. Rounding out the new additions, Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets will present its renowned brioche doughnuts and New Orleans-style beignets.
