Zippy's Expands to Summerlin with New Location Opening January 27

Beloved Hawaiian Diner Brings Island Flavors to West Charleston Boulevard

Zippy's, the renowned Hawaiian diner chain, is set to open its fourth Las Vegas location in Summerlin on January 27, 2026.

Located at 10810 W. Charleston Blvd., this new establishment will introduce the community to Zippy's signature island-inspired dishes.

Since its mainland debut in October 2023, Zippy's has rapidly expanded across the Las Vegas Valley.

The first location opened on Badura Avenue, followed by a second on South Hualapai Way in March 2025, and a third in Henderson in September 2025.

The Summerlin restaurant will offer a diverse menu featuring favorites like Spam musubi, plate lunches, and saimin noodles in dashi broth.

Notably, it will share the same center as another Hawaiian eatery, L & L Hawaiian Barbecue, providing residents with a variety of island cuisine options.

As Zippy's continues to grow, its presence in Summerlin underscores the brand's commitment to bringing authentic Hawaiian flavors to the Las Vegas community.
