Tacos 1986 and For the Win Bring L.A. Street Flavors to Summerlin's New Food Hall

The Resort at Summerlin Welcomes Renowned Quick-Serve Eateries in March 2026

Tacos 1986 and For the Win, two celebrated Los Angeles quick-serve eateries, are set to debut at The Neighborhood Food Hall within The Resort at Summerlin in March 2026.

These additions are part of the resort's extensive $75 million renovation, aiming to enhance its culinary offerings and overall guest experience.

Tacos 1986 began as a street cart in Los Angeles in 2018, quickly gaining a devoted following for its authentic Tijuana-style tacos.

Their menu features handmade corn tortillas filled with flame-grilled carne asada, pollo asado, and adobada pork cooked on a traditional trompo.

They also offer a vegan option with mushrooms, ensuring a variety of choices for all guests.

Signature items include perrónes tacos, made with house flour tortillas, meat, cheese, and pinto beans; mulitas, a sandwich-like creation layering meat and cheese between corn tortillas; and vampiros, a crunchy combination of corn tortillas, meat, cheese, and garnishes.

Founder Victor Delgado expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, "Tacos 1986 was born on the streets of Los Angeles with a simple goal—to honor the Tijuana-style taco and do it right. Expanding to The Resort at Summerlin marks an exciting chapter, as Tacos 1986 extends that philosophy to Las Vegas and connects two dynamic food cities."

For the Win emerged during the pandemic as a pivot from French fine dining to smash burgers, quickly becoming a staple in Los Angeles.

Their signature burger features a thinly smashed patty with grilled onions, topped with pickles and house fry sauce, all served on a toasted Martin’s potato bun.

The menu also includes a vegetable burger, grilled cheese, slim-cut fries, sweet potato fries, loaded fries with American cheese, grilled onions, and fry sauce, as well as crispy Brussels sprouts fried in beef tallow and finished with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.

Founder Santos Uy shared his enthusiasm, saying, "We’re thrilled to bring the bold flavors of Los Angeles to The Resort at Summerlin, uniting two incredible foodie cities. We can’t wait to share the taste and experience our guests have come to love with the Las Vegas community."

The Neighborhood Food Hall is part of the resort's rebranding and renovation efforts, which include modernized guest rooms, upgraded conference and fitness centers, and enhanced spa facilities.

Other notable dining additions to the food hall include Ai Pazzi and Ai Pazzi Pizza by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar, and Nom Wah, the first West Coast location of New York City's oldest dim sum restaurant.

These enhancements aim to position The Resort at Summerlin as a premier culinary destination, offering a diverse range of flavors and experiences to both locals and visitors.
