Gyu+ Expands to Southwest Las Vegas with New Location on West Sunset Road

Japanese-Inspired Eatery Celebrates Grand Opening with Festivities and Exclusive Giveaways

Gyu+, renowned for its Japanese-inspired sandos and rice boxes, is set to open a new location at 8480 W. Sunset Road, Suite 200, in southwest Las Vegas.

This expansion follows the success of their Chinatown establishment.

The grand opening event is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026, starting at 11 a.m.

Attendees can look forward to a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a traditional dragon dance, live DJ performances, and various giveaways.

Early guests will have the opportunity to receive complimentary food items and Gyu+ merchandise.

Additionally, raffles will be held throughout the event, offering prizes such as Gyu+ gift certificates and a television.

The new location will feature Gyu+'s signature sandos and rice boxes, along with the introduction of health-conscious bowls.

Gyu+ is part of the Elevate Hospitality Group, which also operates Moignet Cafe and Milk Bread, a Japanese-Filipino bakery in Chinatown.
