Carbone Riviera to Debut at Bellagio with Exclusive Yacht Experience |
Las Vegas' dining scene elevates with the opening of Carbone Riviera and its unique waterfront offerings. |
Carbone Riviera, the latest venture from the acclaimed Major Food Group, is set to open its doors at the Bellagio Resort & Casino on November 7.
This new establishment promises to redefine Las Vegas dining with its seafood-centric menu and unparalleled ambiance.
Located in the former Picasso space, Carbone Riviera offers diners panoramic views of the iconic Fountains of Bellagio.
The restaurant's design, crafted by renowned designer Martin Brudnizki, features a grand seafood display showcasing daily selections flown in from premier global purveyors.
Guests can anticipate a menu rich with offerings such as salt-baked branzino, grilled Dover sole, and the signature two-pound lobster pasta.
Additionally, the beloved spicy rigatoni vodka makes its return, ensuring a blend of new and classic flavors.
In a groundbreaking move, Bellagio introduces a 33-foot Riva "Anniversario" yacht, named Fortuna, to its Lago di Como.
This luxury vessel, one of only 18 worldwide, offers select guests an intimate cruise experience amidst the dancing fountains.
According to reports, the yacht was dramatically paraded down the Las Vegas Strip before being lifted by crane into the resort's lagoon, marking a historic moment for Bellagio.
Reservations for Carbone Riviera are available starting October 9.
With its unique combination of exquisite dining and exclusive experiences, Carbone Riviera is poised to become a must-visit destination on the Las Vegas Strip.
