Ferraro’s Ristorante Celebrates 40 Years of Italian Culinary Excellence in Las Vegas

In November 2025, Ferraro’s Ristorante commemorated its 40th anniversary, celebrating a remarkable journey from a modest six-table deli to a renowned destination for Las Vegas Italian food.

 

Established in 1985, Ferraro’s has become synonymous with authentic Italian cuisine in Las Vegas. Over the years, it has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious Tre Forchette (Three Forks) award from Gambero Rosso in 2024, a distinction shared by only eight U.S. restaurants.

 

To honor this milestone, Ferraro’s hosted a week-long celebration featuring special events and promotions. On November 7, patrons enjoyed classic dishes like eggplant parmigiana, spaghetti and meatballs, and lasagna at a nostalgic price of $4.99 per entrée, reminiscent of the restaurant’s early days. Additionally, from November 10 to 13, a curated selection of Italian wines was offered at $40 per bottle, allowing guests to toast to four decades of culinary excellence.

 

Reflecting on the anniversary, executive chef Mimmo Ferraro expressed gratitude for the community’s support, stating, “Forty years is a milestone not just for our family, but for everyone who has shared a meal with us over the years.”

 

Today, Ferraro’s continues to be a cornerstone of the Las Vegas restaurant scene, offering handcrafted pastas, premium ingredients, and an extensive wine collection boasting over 1,800 labels. The restaurant remains a testament to the enduring appeal of authentic Italian dining in Las Vegas.
