How Ya Dough'n Brings Sourdough Pizza to The BLVD in Las Vegas |
South Florida's viral pizzeria opens its first West Coast location on the Strip |
How Ya Dough'n, the renowned sourdough pizzeria from South Florida, has officially opened its doors at The BLVD on the Las Vegas Strip.
Located at 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 310, this marks the brand's first venture outside Florida.
Founded in 2020 by husband-and-wife duo Garett and Gabby Goodman, How Ya Dough'n has gained a loyal following for its artisanal pizzas made with an 8–12-day wild yeast fermentation process.
To celebrate the grand opening, the pizzeria hosted a pizza-cutting ceremony and offered 777 free slices to guests, embracing Las Vegas's lucky number tradition.
The menu features signature pies like the Spicy Goose, topped with mozzarella, provolone, pecorino, pepperoni, soppressata, Calabrian chili, garlic, and oregano, and the Cremini, adorned with mozzarella, fontina, roasted cremini mushrooms, caramelized onions, mushroom cream, and chives.
Beyond pizza, offerings include Dough Boys—buttery sourdough bites served with house-made sauces—and the HYD House Salad, combining romaine, salami, provolone, bell peppers, red onion, tomato, and Castelvetrano olives tossed in red wine vinaigrette.
Operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
