Irv's Burgers Expands to Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson

Irv's Burgers, the legendary Los Angeles burger stand, is set to open a new location at the Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson by spring 2026.

 

This expansion marks the brand's third venture into the Las Vegas area, following successful openings at the Durango Casino & Resort and the Miracle Mile Shops on the Strip.

 

Established in 1946 along the famed Route 66, Irv's Burgers has been a staple of classic American roadside dining.

 

Known for its pressed-to-order burgers, chili cheese fries, and hand-spun milkshakes, the brand has maintained its nostalgic charm while expanding its footprint.

 

At the new Green Valley Ranch location, guests can expect the same beloved menu items that have made Irv's a favorite among burger enthusiasts.

 

The addition of Irv's Burgers aligns with Green Valley Ranch's ongoing efforts to enhance its dining offerings.

 

As part of a $200 million renovation, the resort has introduced new high-limit gaming rooms, the Polaris casino bar, and the acclaimed Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill.
