Kyuramen Brings Innovative Ramen Experience to Henderson |
New Japanese Restaurant Offers Unique Dishes and Immersive Dining Atmosphere |
Kyuramen, a rapidly expanding Japanese ramen chain, has opened its first Nevada location in Henderson, introducing a fresh culinary experience to the Las Vegas Valley. This new establishment is accompanied by TBaar, its sister brand specializing in boba drinks, fruit teas, and smoothies.
The menu features a variety of inventive ramen options. The Tonkotsu Tokyo Shoyu Ramen combines chashu pork, a marinated soft-boiled egg, corn, bamboo shoots, wakame, scallions, and nori in a rich pork broth. Seafood Ramen includes shrimp and other traditional ingredients, while the Korean Ramen incorporates kimchi for a spicy twist. For those seeking variety, the Yin-Yang Bowl offers two distinct ramen flavors in a single dish, partitioned like the yin-yang symbol.
Beyond ramen, Kyuramen serves Omurice—fluffy Japanese omelets atop rice with curry sauce or demi-glace—and appetizers such as takoyaki octopus balls, spicy dumplings in chili oil, and steamed chicken and pork bao. The menu also includes burgers made with seared sesame rice patties, featuring fillings like soft shell crab, fried chicken, or teriyaki beef.
The restaurant's design enhances the dining experience with an open kitchen, honeycomb-shaped seating enclosures, private dining rooms, and a wishing tree where guests can hang their wishes. Founded in 2019 in New York City, Kyuramen has expanded to over 70 locations across the United States.
Kyuramen and TBaar are located at 10170 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 130, Henderson, NV 89052. |
