Piero's Italian Cuisine Unveils Exclusive Holiday Menus for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

Piero's Italian Cuisine, a cornerstone of the Las Vegas dining scene, is set to enchant guests with exclusive a la carte menus this holiday season.

 

On Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, diners can indulge in a choice between two exceptional entrées: a succulent Wagyu prime rib accompanied by wasabi-scented mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and porcini jus, or an Italian seafood pasta brimming with lobster, shrimp, clams, garlic, and white wine, all tossed with Mafaldine pasta.

 

The evening's offerings also include an Italian chopped salad, a chicken saltimbocca appetizer, and a delightful fruit cobbler served with vanilla gelato for dessert.

 

Piero's will welcome guests from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve.

 

As the year draws to a close, New Year's Eve on Wednesday, December 31, promises a festive culinary experience.

 

The chef-curated menu features a lavish seafood platter with freshly shucked oysters, jumbo shrimp, and Florida stone crabs, complemented by cocktail sauce, mustard remoulade, and fresh lemon.

 

The main course special is a surf and turf pairing of filet mignon and butter-poached Australian lobster tail, served alongside creamy parmesan polenta, charred asparagus with lemon brown butter, horseradish sauce, and drawn butter.

 

Starters include a burrata and citrus insalata with Cara Cara winter orange, shaved fennel, pistachio, basil oil, and prosecco vinaigrette, while dessert features a fruit cobbler with vanilla gelato.

 

Piero's will extend its hours from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. on New Year's Eve, with the last seating at midnight.

 

In addition to these special menus, guests can choose from Piero's renowned authentic Italian dishes, such as Osso Buco, veal chop parmigiana, and seasonal stone crabs.

 

Both evenings will be enhanced by live Rat Pack-style entertainment in the Monkey Bar, adding a nostalgic flair to the celebrations.
