Salt & Straw Brings Innovative Ice Cream to the Las Vegas Strip

Salt & Straw, the renowned artisan ice cream brand, is set to make a grand entrance onto the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of two new scoop shops on December 31, 2025.

 

These new locations at Paris Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas promise to deliver the brand's signature inventive flavors and community-focused atmosphere to both locals and visitors.

 

Co-founder and CEO Kim Malek expressed her excitement about the expansion, stating, "Bringing Salt & Straw to the Las Vegas Strip is a dream realized."

 

She emphasized the company's mission to create spaces where people can connect and celebrate over unique ice cream experiences.

 

To commemorate the openings, both shops will feature the Icons Series menu, showcasing some of Salt & Straw's most beloved flavors.

 

Highlights include:

 

Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache: Crunchy almond brittle and creamy chocolate ganache swirled into vanilla ice cream.

 

Birthday Cakes & Blackberries: Double-vanilla ice cream studded with rainbow sprinkle birthday crumble and ribboned with blackberry jam.

 

Chocolate Chili Crisp Peanut Butter Cups: Milk chocolate ice cream with house-made chili crisp peanut butter cups and swirls of peanut butter marshmallow fluff.

 

Death by Chocolate Chocolate Cake (Vegan): Chocolate barley oat milk swirled with chocolate caramel fudge and chunks of chocolate cake, finished with chocolate ganache.

 

Pots of Gold & Rainbows: Rainbow marshmallows tossed into cereal-steeped ice cream.

 

In addition to these offerings, the Las Vegas locations will introduce a unique, Vegas-exclusive flavor described by the founders as "spicy and golden."

 

While details remain under wraps, co-founder Tyler Malek hinted at an over-the-top creation that aligns with the city's flair for extravagance.
