Catch Hospitality Group Expands Its Culinary Footprint with a 2026 Opening |
The Corner Store, a celebrated SoHo dining spot, is set to make its mark on the Las Vegas Strip in 2026, according to Andy Wang of The Observer.
Catch Hospitality Group, led by Eugene Remm, Tilman Fertitta, and Mark Birnbaum, has confirmed plans to open the restaurant within a luxury casino-resort.
Since its September 2024 debut in New York City, The Corner Store has garnered acclaim for its upscale take on classic American cuisine.
Signature dishes crafted by culinary director Michael Vignola include Caesar salad, spinach artichoke dip, mini lobster rolls, wagyu French dip, steak frites, and a unique twist on Totino’s pizza rolls.
Remm emphasizes the importance of maintaining the restaurant's core identity, stating, "I know what I’m good at... So what I’m good at and what our team is going to be focused on is bringing exactly what we do at The Corner Store to Las Vegas. Culinary-wise, nothing’s different."
The Las Vegas location will feature approximately 150 seats, doubling the capacity of its New York counterpart, yet still offering a more intimate setting compared to larger Strip establishments.
To enhance the dining experience, a second bar dedicated to specialty martinis will be introduced, building upon the success of the original's martini program.
Remm, who has operated Catch Las Vegas at the Aria Resort & Casino since 2018, expresses enthusiasm for the expansion, noting, "I love what’s happening in Las Vegas... Las Vegas is the next logical step for The Corner Store, and we’re going to unapologetically bring The Corner Store experience in New York to Vegas."
As the Las Vegas dining scene continues to evolve, The Corner Store's arrival is poised to offer a fresh, yet familiar, culinary experience for both locals and visitors alike. |
