The Michelin Guide is officially returning to Las Vegas, launching a new Southwest edition that covers Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.
For the first time since 2009, Michelin inspectors are evaluating top restaurants across the region, with selections revealed at the 2026 Michelin Guide Southwest Ceremony.
Las Vegas, last featured in the guide over a decade ago, has seen its culinary scene flourish beyond the Strip, adding unique off-Strip eateries to its impressive lineup.
New highlights include Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio, a Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant designed by Martin Brudnizki, and the Via Via food hall at the Venetian Resort, showcasing a blend of East and West Coast cuisines.

After 17 years, Sushi Loca closed in February, leaving Centennial Hills residents missing a staple of the local dining scene.
